Psychiatry Opportunity at Trinitas Medical Center, Elizabeth, NJ
Join a large, well run psychiatry department at an academic, not for profit hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Join a seasoned, enthusiastic team of social workers and nurses: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM on a 42 bed inpatient unit and carry 13 patients. Cover 5 DDD/MI patients on a specialized unit. There is NO CALL during the week.  Weekend call is once a month to round with the assistance of a resident.  They offer a competitive salary. Weekend call is paid in addition to the base salary. Benefits are offered. Board Certification is required within 5 years of residency. Bi-lingual is a plus as there are many Spanish speaking patients.        Trinitas is a state of the art, progressive hospital which provides mental health services from infants to geriatrics.
