-I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the recent session on residency interview preparation.

Listening to the personal stories and shared experiences of individuals who understand the unique challenges faced by many of us in this journey was truly meaningful. I felt genuinely understood, seen, supported… Your guidance on how to present ourselves confidently, especially taking into consideration that in some of our cultures discussing our achievements may feel uncomfortable (or narcissistic, even) stayed and resonated strongly with me. It reminded me that there is value and dignity in taking pride in what we have accomplished, the obstacles we have overcome, and the dedication we bring to this field.

Thank you again for your time, generosity, and insight. I appreciate the advocacy and sense of community I got from this last meeting.
